Roll Off Services

Typically we are able to deliver in 1-2 business days. During peak times that may vary, please just call for availability.

Payment is due ahead of time at the time of rental or upon delivery. We accept debit or credit card, however checks are not accepted. We accept cash for the initial delivery only if a credit card is provided at the same time to cover any additional charges.

10-Yard Roll Off:

Dimensions 16' long, 8' wide, 32" high

$425.00 (Price includes delivery, pickup, 10 days and 2 tons of weight.)

The roll off is not picked up until you call our facility letting us know you are done. You may keep the roll off longer than 10 days at a $5.00/day rental fee. More than 2 tons of weight would be billed to you at a rate of $100.00/ton.

20-Yard Roll Off:

Dimensions 20' long, 8' wide, 4' high

$525.00 (Price includes delivery, pickup, 10 days and 2 tons of weight.)

30-Yard Roll Off:

Dimensions 22' long, 8' wide, 6' high

$625.00 (Price includes delivery, pickup, 10 days and 2 tons of weight.)

40-Yard Roll Off:

Dimensions 26' long, 8' wide, 8' high

$725.00 (Price includes delivery, pickup, 10 days and 2 tons of weight.)

The roll off is not picked up until you call our facility letting us know you are done. You may keep the roll off longer than 10 days at a $5.00/day rental fee. More than 3 tons of weight would be billed to you at a rate of $100.00/ton.

Roll Off Guidelines:

Roll offs are tarped for safe transportation. Please do not heap, or overfill the container in order to ensure we can tarp it. If the roll off was overfilled and cannot be tarped you may be required to remove items and/or pay an additional fee.

We do NOT accept: Propane tanks, liquid paints and stains, paint thinners, hazardous waste, dead animals, fluorescent light ballasts, lawn waste or brush. We reserve the right if any company policy is violated, or extra charge items are hidden to ask the customer to take the items back with them, bill a clean up fee, or to ask the customer not to return.

Extra Charge Items: (Please put all extra charge items on the top of the roll off)

Appliances With Freon (Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifier, Air Conditioner) $50.00

Freon Items: The charge will be assessed unless the customer can provide documentation that the freon has been removed, or we can visually inspect that the freon is gone.
